The operating problem
Why this system existed.
Important work was spread across calendars, databases, conversations, scripts, and dashboards. An assistant could answer questions in one tool, but it could not reliably understand the whole operation, respect decision boundaries, or show what needed attention next.
The response
What I designed and built.
I designed and built a modular AI operating system around one shared business context. Collectors bring in approved signals, skills turn repeatable methods into reusable operations, and a control layer ranks work while preserving human gates for consequential actions.
